I've always been passionate about helping others. I enjoy supporting leaders and teams in their desire to learn, grow and develop themselves.
I believe that each person has unlimited potential and can flourish in the right environment once that potential is tapped into. Through coaching, they can change their behaviors, overcome obstacles and achieve their business goals.

- Designed and facilitated a leadership development training process for two businesses and provided individual coaching for the participants.
- Developed and facilitated a career transition workshop for a national non-profit organization and provided follow-up coaching for the attendees.
- Coached a six member executive team and provided them with the tools to better communicate with each other.
