As an experienced coach who holds an Associate Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation, I am privileged to provide the following coaching services:
Leadership/Executive Coaching – Confidential coaching sessions are available for leaders, managers, or professionals who want to develop core leadership competencies, improve their communication or interpersonal skills, enhance their performance, or accomplish specific goals. Together we will develop key strategies to help you become more successful and to grow your leadership capacity.
Individual/Personal Coaching - One-to-one coaching sessions help you to develop tools to take charge of your life. You'll receive the support you need to make life changes, set priorities and discover how to effectively achieve your goals.
Abrasive Boss/Manager Coaching - Through this highly personalized coachig process, you can transform from an abrasive boss to an effective leader. I'll assist you in defining the areas of your leadership style that may be misunderstood and uncover ways to maximize your potential.
Ruth offers a one hour complimentary consultation to explore the specific needs and possibilities for you or your organization. This session may be conducted in person within a 30 mile radius of Binghamton, New York or over the phone in other areas.
